jcDPMS aims to make everything about the training course a great experience.

• Public, hosted training courses are run with a guaranteed maximum of 4 delegates.
• Courses are delivered by a certified expert and instructor using (where available) the software manufacturer's authorised/preferred course workbooks.
• Training is instructor led through hands-on class exercises complemented with reviews and self-guided individual exercises.
• Introduction and follow-on training courses are all carefully designed to provide a well structured learning path from solid foundation skills onto more powerful and creative techniques.
• Delegates get to use carefully maintained and updated, high performance computers.
• Each delegate receives their own copy of the course workbook to keep - the same material as used during the course.
• For public, hosted, training courses, lunch and refreshments are on-site and complimentary, parking is on-site and free.

Training is a passion of mine and I do everything I can to ensure that it is enjoyable and effective.

Courses

Courses are delivered as either public, hosted courses at jcDPMS's premises or private, on-site courses at your premises.

Public, hosted courses follow the course outlines provided below whilst private, on-site courses can be tailored to suit your particular needs.

A private, on-site course is likely to be more cost effective if you are having more than one delegate trained on a particular course.

Public, hosted courses are held in the luxury of the beautiful Ardencote Manor Hotel, Country Club & Spa in the Warwickshire countryside.

Prices

Choose between public, hosted training where you come to jcDPMS or private, on-site training where jcDPMS comes to you.

For private, on-site training the client is responsible for providing a suitably equipped training environment and any refreshments.

Course workbooks for the delegates to keep are included within the prices below for both hosted and on-site training.

All 2 day courses	£350 per delegate
All 3 day courses	£500 per delegate
On-Site
One-to-One	£225 per day plus expenses
2 delegates	£300 per day plus expenses
3 delegates	£350 per day plus expenses
4 delegates	£400 per day plus expenses

When you book training courses, check exactly what you'll get - or, perhaps, not get - for your money. Will parking be an extra cost? Will lunch be an extra cost? Will you get your own copy of the course materials to keep or just a cheap alternative - leaving you to pick up the cost of buying the course workbook? These hidden extras can easily add £50 to the price of a 2 day course.

jcDPMS hosted courses are fully inclusive - no hidden costs for parking, refreshments, lunch or course materials.

Dates

Dates for hosted courses, as for on-site courses, are set on a first request basis. It seems to make more sense to allow the customer as much choice as possible in setting the date for the course.

Choice of dates is limited by my availability and, for hosted courses, the availability of the training facility. Thus, please book as early as possible to secure dates that suit you best.

Hosted course dates that have been set by a request are available for viewing online at jcDPMS Hosted Course Schedule. If possible, please make use of any scheduled courses as a class generally benefits by having more than one delegate and hosted courses with only one delegate risk being rescheduled.

You can subscribe to the hosted course schedule by clicking the subscribe button in the lower left of the jcDPMS Hosted Course Schedule web-page. Subscribing will publish the hosted course schedule into your calendar software (e.g. Outlook or iCal) which will then synchronise with the schedule automatically whenever you are online.
